CLIENT SERVICES - DAY HABILITATION
Day Habilitation The professional and caring staff at the Day Habilitation site provide individualized day programming designed for adults with severe or multiple disabilities and health-related needs.
Services offered include:
- Assistance in personal hygiene, independent living skills, adaptive daily living skills,
pre-vocational skills training and therapeutic recreation.
- Medical oversight, nursing and nutrition services
- State-wide acclaimed senior programming
- Sensory programming, including a specialized stimulation room
- Community inclusion through community resources
Day Habilitation Services are age appropriate, meaningful day supports based on each individual's capacities, preferences and dreams.
Retirement
At NOWCAP Services, we dedicate ourselves to helping older adults live with dignity and respect by providing services which address their needs, including:

Here, the disabled elderly find a warm friendly atmosphere to enjoy companionship, activities and entertainment in a safe and secure environment. Trained staff facilitate a variety of stimulating social, educational and recreational activities.
Respite
NOWCAP Services Respite Team provides a time of relief on a weekly basis to the primary caregiver of a child or adult with disabilities. With this service, the caregiver has time to shop, run errands or simply have lunch with a friend. In giving a caregiver "time to breathe" NOWCAP Services is able to insure a healthy environment for those we serve.
Take Care of Yourself. This includes having a social life and considering your own needs as well as those of your loved one. NOWCAP Services Respite Care program provides stimulating and enjoyable activities for your child or adult with disabilities, and some time for you as well.
