Community Employment Services

Our Community Employment programs in the Casper area foster independence and personal satisfaction by assisting participants in developing viable work skills, vocational abilities, and, in most cases, earning potential. NOWCAP Services is a resource for individuals at all levels of ability.

Our Job Development Specialist matches a client's goals and dreams to a position within the community through work experience or job shadowing. Once a client is placed in the community position regular follow-up on job and employer satisfaction is continued.

Job Coaching supports employment in the community while the person is working at an individual job. Employees are supported as needed with direct job-related instruction, which is gradually reduced to periodic check-ins as independence increases. Behind-the-scenes instruction and support in hygiene, timeliness, social interaction in the workplace, money management and work skill routines is provided as needed by Job Coaches. The goal is to support those who have selected jobs, to work efficiently and productively for as long as they choose.


Acquired Brain Injury Services

NOWCAP Services offers a comprehensive post-acute rehabilitation program that has been designed to address the multi-faceted needs of those who are recovering from a brain injury.  A high quality, personalized treatment program that is based on interdisciplinary services in a caring home-like atmosphere is provided. Whether a client needs transitional services back to their previous job, their home community or long term care services, NOWCAP Services provides an ideal setting for regaining the skills and confidence that are needed for optimum recovery.
