HUD Subsidized Housing

aff5NOWCAP Services provides subsidized supported housing through HUD (Department of Housing & Urban Development) in its three projects.

The HANWAY PROJECT is designated an 811 PRAC property providing housing to those with developmental disabilities. Residents of this property are placed by NOWCAP Services, therefore no application is available.


The WISCONSIN STREET PROJECT is designated a 202 PRAC property providing housing to the elderly, those 62 years of age and older, in Casper, Wyoming. Please contact Lorie Ordiway, Risk Management Assistant Director, at 237-9146 ext 486 for further information or print out an application for the Wisconsin Street Project.


CHURCHILL COMMONS HOUSING is located in Rock Springs, Wyoming and is a Section 202/8 property providing subsidized, affordable housing for persons 62 years or older or with disabilities. One-bedroom units are available as well as two-bedroom mobility accessible units. Please contact Tania Stephenson, Property Manager, at (307) 382-1119 for further information or print the application.
